Silent Auction Procedures:

Silent auction opens 11 a.m. Tuesday and closes noon on Saturday, August 10. Visit the Poultry & Rabbit Exhibition Barn for details and ballots for submitting your bid.
Auction items will be listed with a minimum bid required. If minimum bid is not met, animal will be withdrawn from the sale and remain in the ownership of the exhibitor.
Those with a winning bid will be notified at noon on Saturday by silent auction officials with instructions for payment and pickup.
- All auction items must be paid in cash to silent auction officials. (ATMs available on Fairgrounds.)
- Auction Birds/Rabbits will only be released to bid winner when an appropriate crate or box is produced.
Sold auction items will be held for the buyer only until Sunday at 6 p.m. Aug. 11.
Any auction item that is not collected after 6 p.m. Sunday the 11th will be offered to the next bidder on the auction form.
